I believe the LTA 50 only has the one speed restictor. It is a washer that restricts exhaust. I know the LT 80 has both the washer as well as a carb restrictor. It starts and idles, but anything over 1/3 throttle it bogs down and shuts off. This is happening when the engin is warm or cold.

KFX 700 carb problems HELP ! Bought a wrecked KFX700 , spent 3 mos. gettin it right. First test flight ,carbs were dirty , all else was good. Tore down carbs , cleaned em' good . Installed FMF jet kit , full pipe , and twin air filter (chose filter because of dry dusty , and wet muddy conditions).I have a 2008 KFX450R and am currently having problems. Back in 2008, the fi light kept coming on (steady). The bike came with a FMF 4.1 pipe, and wasn't tuned ran good for some time than it wouldn't start (lean).
