Our lovely funeral home facility is located in the Historical District of downtown Monroe on South Main Street in a former private residence home. The home was built in 1903 and is a true architectural beauty with many comforting qualities. A chapel was built in 1953 with seating for up to 275 people. There's also a private family room.A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2023 at Zion Baptist Church (3394 Pea Ridge Rd., Morganton, NC 28655). The service will begin at noon and the family will receive visitors from 11:00-12:00. Funeral services are being provided by McCain Funeral Home and Cremations of Morganton. Ashes will be scattered at a later date.The event that occurs after a funeral is generally referred to as the post-funeral reception.
