Tundra 4lo light flashing.

Yesterday, I got in the truck and the following lights are lit up: 1) check engine. 2) the VSC light is on (pushing the button does nothing) 3) 4LO is blinking. Based on what I've read, I did the following: 1) checked all of the wiring at each wheel sensor. Left work and as soon as I turned the truck on these lights were on and the 4LO light was blinking the entire time I drove. I tried turning it off and messing with the 4LO dial/traction control buttons and none of that did anything. The truck drove completely normal except for these lights. I have been having an issue with my truck the last couple weeks where the 4 hi and 4 lo lights come on and blink while the ABS and Traction Control light stay solid. Seems to be a common issue but cannot pinpoint a solution. This is likely due to the shifting process timing out (jammed t-case or diff actuator).
