For the heck of it I signed into my account and checked for outages in my ZIP and it responded that I am, "CLEAR" and TV service is, "GOOD".If it was already there you need to subscribe to uverse (also see problem below). If it is for your account you need to still contact uverse tech support (800-288-2020) to find out when you service is to be activated. Until then you cannot use the equipment. Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored. Customers may need to reboot their STBs that are not working. If that doesn't work then soft recovery maybe needed.
