The wolfpack rounds inherit the properties of any rocket it seems, including Volatility for a void rocket. The wolfpack rounds can proc volatile explosions - but remember there is a cooldown on Volatile. Since all the wolfpack rounds are hitting at the same time you won't get more than 1 or 2 volatile explosions.
