I would also suggest "Skysights skins" but it's for males only and I wasn't literally able to find a decent female counterpart, they're all too smooth.

This leaves my no choice but to Ctrl-Alt-Del and End Process. I've tried cleaning all the mods, sorting them through LOOT, and creating a bashed patch - no luck.

Yeah, it's the right way. Works for every visual NPC overhaul and singular NPC edits like Seranaholic. I'm still impressed how well thought out Requiem is. This particular merging saves TONS of nerves. Just add mods to the list and Reqtificator does the job for you. To OP, be sure to load those overhauls (including WICO) before Requiem and you ...
